AtliQ Grands

AtliQ Grands is a chain of five-star hotels in India that has been facing a decline in revenue due to market competition and ineffective decision-making. As a data analyst, I undertook a project to create a dashboard that provides insights from historical data to the revenue management team.
Using SQL, the project first cleans and transforms the raw data to prepare it for analysis. The data is then imported into Power BI, where visualizations are created to help understand trends and patterns. The project provides interactive dashboards and reports that help the revenue management team at AtliQ Grands make informed decisions about pricing, marketing, and other business strategies.
One of the key insights provided by the project include identifying peak seasons and periods of low occupancy, analyzing the relationship between pricing and occupancy rates, and identifying the most profitable room types and packages.The project also allowed me to gain valuable experience in working with real-world data and stakeholders, creating effective visualizations, and communicating insights to business leaders. I learned how to use various tools and techniques to analyze data effectively and present findings to stakeholders in a meaningful way.
